Dr. Lidstone will be discussing Evidence-Based Parenting Strategies for Youth with Behavioral Challenges.

Learning Objectives: 

  1. Learn behavioral parent training theory
     
  2. Understand the A.B.C. (Antecedent, Behavior, Consequence) principles of Parent Management Training (P.M.T.)
     
  3. Practice PMT skills with clinical vignettes

The educational objective for the APAL Grand Rounds Series is to improve medical providers’ knowledge and skills in diagnosing, treating, and supporting pregnant and postpartum individuals experiencing mental health challenges. The APAL Grand Rounds Series is held monthly on a Friday from 12 to 1pm.
